I have fallen in love with these pink ASICS women running shoes!

They are so bright and pretty.  And there are a bunch of styles that feature pink if you don't want a totally pink shoe.

But if you are a serious runner you know that looks aren't everything.  In fact they are probably the least important part of your decision to purchase a specific running shoe.

That's why when this article was sent in to me I decided I had to share it with all you Spiftastic folks...

How To Find the Best...
ASICS Lightweight Running Shoes For Active Women

Running has enjoyed many, many years of popularity in the world of fitness and weight loss because it’s relatively easy to learn, and people can really see and feel results when they go out to run every day.

Running can be even more rewarding and comfortable if you are using the right pair of shoes. One of the most popular running shoes on the market today is the ASICS Gel Noosa Tri 8. The Gel Noosa Tri 8 is considered a class of its own by many of its fans; here’s why:

ONE...   The Gel Noosa Tri 8 provides adequate support where it is needed the most: the arches of the feet. Other shoes only provide minimal support for the arches, because the manufacturer’s focus is on the outward appearance.

With the Gel Noosa Tri 8, you will get a very fashionable-looking pair of running shoes that has actually been scientifically designed to enhance your performance when running.

With the new DuoMax Support system for your arches, you will never have to worry again about excessive strain on your feet, because the shoes will actually cushion your arches when you are running. Impact will be distributed well, and this in turn will ensure that your feet are not over-exhausted, even after a long, hard run.

TWO...   Another important feature that sets apart the Gel Noosa Tri 8 is the scientific impact distribution feature that cannot be found in other brands.

Impact distribution is extremely important, especially if you are using lightweight running shoes. Impact must be spread out evenly so that the center of your feet will not be injured by repeated impact.

Impact distribution in the new Gel Noosa Tri 8 is present from the tip of the toes all the way to the heels. The shape of the inner sole complements the shape of your feet as well.

THREE...   Are you tired of having to aerate your feet when they become a bit overheated from running? If you do, you will really love the open-mesh design of the Gel Noosa Tri 8. Air moves more freely in and out of the shoes, and this really helps cool down your feet when you are on the move.

When there’s regular airflow in your shoes, moisture is also driven out more quickly. Less moisture means a reduced chance of developing dermatitis, and weird foot odors as well.

And let’s not forget – having relatively cool feet when running means you are very comfortable, and you will feel less inclined to stop. If you are running a marathon in the near future, consider getting a durable, high-impact pair of shoes, designed to be used for long stretches of time.

Always remember: buying a new pair of running shoes is actually an investment in your feet’s health. The quality of the shoes will have a large bearing on how comfortable you are when you are running or working. Make sure that the shoes you are buying will take care of your feet from start to finish.

Alrighty then, you know I'm sold on these pink ASICS women running shoes and I want the multi colored ones for me.  But what do you think?  Do you like the solid pink or the multi colored running shoes or another brand entirely.

Tell the world what your favorite is in the comments below.
